How many days for shipping within Pakistan?

Depending on your location and the delivery option you've selected, our shipping within Pakistan typically takes 2 to 5 business days.

What are the shipping costs?

No matter where you live, a fixed rate of Rs. 200 applies to orders under Rs. 5000. We've streamlined our shipping procedures to give you a convenient and economical way to get your products.

What if my watch is damaged during delivery?

 Please contact our customer care team right away if your watch is delivered damaged. We pack everything with the utmost care, but if there are any unforeseen problems during shipping, we will work quickly to resolve the problem and replace the watch at no additional cost.

Do you provide same day delivery?

At the moment, we only do same day delivery in Karachi. There is no additional charge for you to use this service.

Are the watches real, authentic brands?

Absolutely! We take pleasure in only selling genuine timepieces from reputable companies. Before being sent out, each watch is put through a quality check to guarantee your pleasure.

Do your timepieces come with warranties?

Yes, a lot of our timepieces have warranties from the manufacturers. Depending on the manufacturer and model, the warranty's duration and conditions change. Details about the warranty are provided in the product description.

After I've placed my order, can I still change it?
